Crochet Project.
After a weekend away in Tasmania, I was inspired.
Inspired by the local wool, discovered at The Wool Shop in Ross in the Central Midlands.
Hand spun, organic, local, natural, beautiful.
And, I am inspired to make a mini rug based on the design of the African Flower Hexagon, pattern from here.

The mini rug I am working on is based on this pattern yet won't be this colourful, as I chose four colours of local Tasmanian wools to work with.
Love taking a thread of yarn, and a crochet hook, and looping it together to make a pattern, and to piece the patterns together to make a rug.
A special project, especially for the wee one.
Look forward to seeing the final product... and/or any progress along the way!
