Sweet Pea.

Ah, I am celebrating the arrival of our Snow Peas! Our eight garden beds are full to the brim of vegetables and we have been eagerly awaiting more from our harvest of home-grown vegetables. 

Soon beetroot and cabbages will be ready, and we are currently enjoying our silver-beet and chinese cabbage at the moment. I am wondering if the cauliflowers will flourish... one is big and leafy and the other still small and cute. 

I enjoy watching our garden grow in winter, and I enjoy eating it even more! I love seeing the green garden out of our bedroom window - such a contrast to the gloomy winter weather. 

I can't wait for the leeks so I can make some more tasty soup. YUM.
