Confronting.

Ah, I watched the Four Corners last night about the flooding in Pakistan... wow. The images and shocking stories of loss and suffering deeply impacted me. I am so confronted by injustice. Phewy. I am also so confronted by my immense wealth, by my separation from the poor, by my privilege in life.

I think all I can say is that I am thankful for my faith which gives me hope in the restoration of justice. And that I want to do, and am committed to doing all I can to contribute to making the world a better place for the poorest of the poor.
